At Stirling Fruit Farms we have been growing apples for over three generations. On our farms in the Annapolis Valley we grow over 35 apple varieties including the new and popular Honeycrisp.
Today we are much more then apples! In our orchards we also produce: pears, peaches, plums and cherries. In our vegetable fields we produce: strawberries, sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes, pumpkins, squash, zucchini and cucumbers. In the last few years we have added a vibrant array of colour to our farm markets with fresh cut daffodils, tulips, lilies, gladiolas and sunflowers.
Our Farm Markets located in Bible Hill, Blue Acres, Moncton, Saint John and Wolfville are open all year. In addition to apples, other fruit and vegetables grown on our own farms. You can also find an extensive variety of maple products, jams, jellies, juices, sauces and frozen fruit pies. All these products are made in Nova Scotia from produce grown in Nova Scotia. One thing in common with all products is the highest quality. In fact, many products proudly bear the "Taste of Nova Scotia” quality food program logo, showing they are the finest Nova Scotia has to offer.
We also make our own sweet apple cider from freshly squeezed apples. In fact; we are proud that our sweet apple cider was voted as the favourite by a taste test conducted by the Acadia University School of Nutrition.
We are also proud members of the Nova Scotia Fruit Growers’ Association and the "Taste of Nova Scotia” quality food program.
